The A1710 discovery tours
Come and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of rum by taking part in the different stages of its production over the course of a morning. You will discover how, with both passion and talent, we produce our extraordinary rums from the harvest of the organic cane field of thethe Habitation du Simon to the pressing process in our traditional mill, through the distillation stage in our copper still ‘La Belle Aline’ and the ageing period in our cellar.
The tour continues…
Following a refreshing break in the shady park facing the islets of Le François, the tour will continue with a tasting of our great vintages in the reception rooms of the Main House where you can admire its outstanding colonial architecture.
If you so wish, you may purchase the bottles or decanters that seduced you during the tasting at the end of this beautiful journey.

We welcome you from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You are most welcome to come and sample or purchase our extraordinary rums. This is also the perfect opportunity to visit the different rooms of the Habitation du Simon free of charge.

Follow our guide on an immersive tour through our distillery to uncover its greatest secrets. From the gardens to bottling, through the distillery, it’s a truly sensory experience that awaits you. Take the opportunity to discover our newest addition : a new copper still from Charente in France which will amaze your taste buds!
Following this visit, you will be invited to sample a selection of our rums.
€12 per adult
(limited to 10 people per tour).
