rum<\/h3>\n<p>B\u00eate \u00e0 Feu, our last creation, is a white agricultural rum distilled from single-pressed fresh canes.<\/p>\n<p>The long, hand-cut cane is transported to the three-roll mill of our A 1710 distillery, located at Habitation du Simon in Le Fran\u00e7ois, Martinique. They are pressed only once to extract their nectar.<\/p>\n<p>Distilled in a copper still with a 7-tray column, B\u00eate \u00e0 Feu is then slowly reduced at 50.9%.<\/p>\n<h3>B\u00eate \u00e0 Feu and Punch Blanc<\/h3>\n<p>B\u00eate \u00e0 Feu, \u2018B\u00eat \u00e0 F\u00e9\u2019 in Creole and for those in the know or even \u2018Luciole\u2019 (firefly) for the more scientifically minded.<\/p>\n<p>In the West Indies and Martinique, the traditional punch Blanc (white punch) is a real institution and an integral part of the regional culture.<\/p>\n<p>If you take it when you wake up, it will be called &#8220;decolaj&#8221; or &#8220;mise \u00e0 Feu&#8221;, while the dry 10 a.m. punch can be called simply &#8220;Feu&#8221;. At midday, your white punch, this time with a hint of sugar and a squeeze of lemon, can be called &#8220;Ti Feu&#8221; or &#8220;<sup>5%*<\/sup> &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>What better than a B\u00eate \u00e0 Feu to see you through all these tasting experiences?<\/p>\n<p>This white rum combines&nbsp;sweetness for pure tasting, character for a quality white punch and an explosion of flavor to enhance your cocktail.<\/p>\n<p><small>*&nbsp;&#8221;&nbsp;5%&nbsp;&#8221;&nbsp;: a small name given to the typical white punch made with 95% white rum and 5% sugar.<\/small><\/p>\n<h3>Tasting\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>B\u00eate \u00e0 Feu boasts a bright and clear colour.<\/p>\n<p>On the nose, aromas of ripe pressed sugarcane, flowers and luscious tropical fruits evolve into a mineral character underlined by a hint of citrus. A smooth and intense ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>In the mouth, we are transported by floral and fruity flavours combined with cane juice.<\/p>\n<p>A very round rum that delivers a beautiful lingering finish
