Agricultural and artisan rum<\/h3>\n

Diamond Rock is a white agricultural rum distilled from single-pressed fresh canes.<\/p>\n

The long, hand-cut cane is transported to the three-roll mill of our A 1710 distillery, located at Habitation du Simon in Le Fran\u00e7ois, Martinique. It is crushed just once to extract its nectar.
This first and only press allows us to recover the best, purest juice.<\/p>\n

Distilled in a copper still with a 7-tray column, Diamond Rock is then slowly reduced to 50.5%.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2018Le Rocher du Diamant\u2019 or Diamond Rock is a major landmark of Martinique and its history, which can be admired from the shore, dominating the Caribbean Sea with its impressive and glistening silhouette.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the many battles between the French and English throughout the 17th<\/sup> and 18th<\/sup> centuries, the Rock was awarded the honorary title of “warship” by the British Navy, and became the HMS Diamond Rock.<\/p>\n

From now on, our Diamond Rock will be the standard-bearer for A 1710 rums the world over!<\/p>\n

Diamond Rock is a celebratory and Rock \u2019n\u2019 Roll rum, as subtle as a B music key, yet as powerful as a C.<\/p>\n

Diamond Rock displays a bright and clear colour. The bouquet is supple and straightforward with floral, citrus, and tangerine notes.<\/p>\n

On the palate, the onset is expressive with notes of candied almonds. In the mouth, this rum provides a pleasantly fresh sensation with great flavours of lemon tart, sugarcane, and flowers.
